Fruit and vegetables

  • Apples (early winter)

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • Cauliflower
  • Chard
  • Chestnuts
  • Chicory
  • Cranberries
  • Jerusalem Artichokes
  • Kale
  • Leeks
  • Oranges
  • Parsnip
  • Pomegranate
  • Quince
  • Red Cabbage
  • Rhubarb (late winter)
  • Swede
  • Walnuts

Meat and Seafood

  • Guinea Fowl
  • Mussels
  • Oysters
  • Sea Bass
  • Venison
